 The 9th Annual Vancouver Latin American Film Festival (September 1 - 11, 2011) brings to Vancouver the best in contemporary Latin American cinema and much more. This eleven day celebration of Latin-American culture includes live music, visual art, Q & A sessions with filmmakers, and of course, film. In 2011, VLAFF will include competitions for the first time: The Al Jazeera Documentary Award, the Youth Choice Award and the Best Short Film Award. VLAFF is the end-of-summer event not to be missed!
